SkyFocusUK provides visual aerial documentation only. We do not carry out structural inspections, building surveys, diagnoses or professional assessments. Our imagery may be used by appropriately qualified professionals to support their own inspections, reports and recommendations.

No. SkyFocusUK provides visual aerial imagery and does not replace the work of a qualified building surveyor, structural engineer, roofer or other specialist.

The frequency of visits, required viewpoints, image format and delivery schedule should be agreed before the first survey.

Mapping, measurements and specialist land-survey outputs are separate services and should be requested specifically.
Standard drone photography does not automatically include accurate measurements, mapping, photogrammetry or three-dimensional models.
These are specialist outputs that require specific equipment, planning and processing. Please explain the required result so that availability can be confirmed.
Where agreed in advance, images may be labelled, arranged by building elevation or area, and annotated to draw attention to visible features.
Any notes provided are for identification purposes and should not be interpreted as a professional diagnosis unless prepared by a suitably qualified specialist.
